Dillon Dubel and Buddy Robinson were today deemed by the Calgary Flames as “unfit to play.” As the NHL league rules mandate, the Flames are not allowed to divulge the reason why these two players were unable to skate as training camp opened.
Dillon Dubel: Left-Winger
Dillon Dube was deemed “unfit to play” and didn’t practice on Tuesday. Dube had also missed Monday’s practice. Over the course of the 2019-20 season, he had six goals and 16 points in 45 games. Most of his ice time with the team was as a member of the third-line.

Buddy Robinson: Right-Winger
Buddy Robinson was also deemed “unfit to play” and missed the first two practices of the Flames training camp. Robinson scored a goal in five games with Calgary during the 2019-20 regular season.
